Joe Exotic Files Marriage Application at FMC Fort Worth
Joe Exotic aka Joseph Maldonado currently incarcerated at FMC Fort Worth Texas has filed an application with the federal prison to get married to fellow inmate- Jorge Marquez Flores.
Joe Exotic is currently serving a sentence for 2 bogus murder-for-hire charges. The people that testified against Joe have since admitted to perjury and the 18 paperwork violation charges connected to the Endangered Species Act have nothing to do with animal abuse like the news constantly misinforms the public.
Jorge Marquez Flores 33, of Mexico is serving time in federal prison for being illegally in America and being in the car with other people illegally in America from Mexico. Jorge has no drug or violence on his record at all.
The only mistake Jorge has made is being born in a country of violence and poverty. In fact, Jorge's cousin was just killed two days ago in Mexico from the violence that has plagued parts of the country.
Joe and Jorge hit it off from the first day they met and have decided to tie the knot and are hoping that the prison approves the marriage application.
Joe says his appeal is looking great and has high hopes that he will walk out of prison about the same time Jorge does in mid-2025- with the prayers of God and the hard work of attorneys Rodger Roots, John Pierce and John Phillips.
“The question is who will help us out?”, Joe asks. Jorge needs help from either Biden or whoever wins on November 5, 2024.
Due to the violence in Mexico and threats because Jorge is gay, Joe Exotic has retained Francisco Hernandez of Fort Worth, Texas to represent Jorge and help file asylum paperwork. Fran is one of the best immigration attorneys in Texas to assist Jorge in filing the needed asylum papers.
Biden has the means and the power to pardon Jorge and grant him asylum before the President leaves office. If Harris wins, she will also be able to grant the help Jorge needs to stay in America and make a life with Joe Exotic.
Now if Trump wins what then?
Joe Exotic says- “It might be the best scenario if Trump wins since Jorge has no drug problem or record of doing anything wrong other than coming to America to escape the abuse in Mexico.
However, Trump needs to realize that not all immigrants are bad people. In fact, Melania Trump was an immigrant of Slovenia and was not an American citizen until a year after getting married to Donald Trump. Joe Exotic is hoping that if Trump wins, he will offer some empathy and realize Joe and Jorge deserve the same chance to make a life in America together. If not, Joe is ready to go to Mexico and live out life with Jorge.
Living in America and being kept in federal prison when the Department of Justice has the evidence that I am innocent doesn't give me much of a bright outlook for this country anyways.
I wish someone that is President or wins the Presidency would do the right thing and pardon me so I could move past this nightmare that my own country has caused for the last 7 years of my life. Lord knows the very people that have the power to make this right have either broken the law and been convicted of 34 felony charges such as Trump or taken bribes like Joe Biden has been accused of.
All I did was build a zoo and some people were very jealous. Then I was put into prison by my own country.
Now I just ask to be able to move past this all and marry the man I fell in love with and finish my life of what's left of it.” says Joe Exotic.
