Sir, I would like to congratulate you on you being nominated as the Ambassador to France. You must be so lucky to be related to the Trump family in order to have received not only a pardon but this very important nomination. Mr. Kushner, as you might now from first-hand experience not everyone accused of a crime is guilty with today's broken justice system.
You were charged with witness tampering, campaign fund fraud and a sex crime if I am not mistaken and was lucky enough to receive a pardon from your son's father-in-law- President Trump.

What sickens me and millions around the world is that I have spent the last 7 years in federal prison while the FBI and federal wildlife agent Matthew Bryant covered up all of the crimes of their witnesses in order to stage this crime I am in prison for.
Since you were so blessed to receive a pardon for your accused crimes, maybe you could speak up for an innocent American like me sitting in prison waiting for the same blessing from President Trump on January 21, 2025. Would I live to be given such an appointment as you? Absolutely I would. The Director of the Federal Fish and Wildlife would be exactly up my alley because the taxpayers of America are being double taxed to protect animals that are triple protected.
There is no reason billions of dollars should be spent for the Federal Wildlife Service to protect exotic animals in America.
The Endangered Species Act of 1973 was written to protect the native animals and their habitats of our lands. We do not have habitats for elephants, apes and big cats in America. Besides any exotic and domestic animal in America used for commercial purposes is already protected and governed by the United States Department of Agriculture Animal Plant and Health Inspection Service. And these same animals are protected by CITES also, so why are the taxpayers paying for the FWS to do nothing for these animals anyway?
The waste of billions in the FWS is extraordinary. Many congressmen think it should just be abolished. However, I could reorganize it and turn it into something great. The Department of Justice has been so weaponized to protect the agendas of a few that people like me that have been caught up in a very slow system that refuses to admit that it has made some mistakes.
The sad part is the Assistant U.S. Attorney that knew all of her witnesses were lying is now a Federal Judge in Oklahoma City and I am sure she is doing the same injustice to many others.
I don't necessarily need a cabinet position, I would just like to go home and put this wrongful conviction behind me and move on with what little life I have left since the United States has destroyed everything I ever worked for.
Maybe with the blessing you have received from the criminal charges you were accused of you could find 5 minutes of your time to save a fellow American and have a quick talk to President elect Trump to make this right for me on January 21, 2025 and pardon me or at least commute my sentence to time served.
